Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elba Concept. The following are the terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy.

Elba Concept offers FREE local and international shipping.

Please Note:

• We try to process all orders within 5-7 business days but it may be affected by holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
• All orders placed online are subject to verification which may take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and then shipped.
• The customer receives an e-mail notification with the delivery tracking number.
• The link included in the email redirects you to a page on the carrier’s site, where you can track the current status of your package. Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address or the method of payment.
• After shipping, you can track your order in “My Account”-“My Order”-“Order Status”.

Returns Policy

Elba Concept is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We would want you to love what you purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your full-price purchase in the original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The return shipping will be charged to you, except if there is a damage or quality issue, in which case the return shipping is on us. Please contact our customer service at contact@elbaconcept.com.

We recommend that you take a photograph of the item before returning it if you are concerned about any damage during the return journey.

For orders distributed by Elba Concept, the products can be returned for a refund only if they are not used and in perfect condition to be resold with their original packaging and their packaging intact. You need to contact our customer service at contact@elbaconcept.com within 30 days of the shipment of your order.
