Warranty

ELBA CONCEPT guarantees that its products meet the specifications described in the corresponding product sheet on the website for a period of two years, in compliance with articles 128-135 of the Code of Consumption. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, exposure to water or solvents, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by users. It also excludes damages caused by third-party factors not related to defects in the product. Unless theft or gross negligence is involved, the guarantee does not cover compensation for damages resulting from product defects, such as the loss of contents or inability to use the product.
