Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elba Concept. The following are the terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy.

Elba Concept offers FREE local and international shipping.

Please Note:

• We strive to process all orders within 5-7 business days, though processing times may be affected by holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

• All orders placed online are subject to verification, which may take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped.

• Customers will receive an email notification with the delivery tracking number.

• The link included in the email redirects you to the carrier’s site, where you can track the current status of your package.

• Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address or payment method.

• After shipping, you can track your order under “My Account” > “My Order” > “Order Status.”

Returns Policy

• Elba Concept is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

• We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your full-price purchase in its original condition within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Return shipping will be charged to you unless there is a damage or quality issue, in which case we will cover the return shipping. Please contact our customer service at contact@elbaconcept.com for assistance.

• We recommend taking a photograph of the item before returning it to document its condition in case of any damage during the return journey.

• For orders distributed by Elba Concept, products can only be returned for a refund if they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, intact packaging. You must contact our customer service at contact@elbaconcept.com within 30 days of the shipment of your order.
